Relaxing Head Neck & Shoulder Massage

30 minutes of relaxing, stress relieving massage. As most of us have experienced, the neck and shoulders are prone to becoming tight, stiff, painful and feel all knotted up. The causes for this are many and varied, from gardening to stress, employment to a little much time on our devices such as our phones. The result is same, pain, headaches and tight, uncomfortable muscle.

This massage is performed whilst lying down on your back.
