Terms and Conditions
In order to operate efficiently, we need to have terms and conditions surrounding the content and usage of this website. By using our website, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which include our privacy policy, that govern Angie’s Pamper Lounge’s relationship with you in relation to this website.
The terms "Angie’s Pamper Lounge”, “I” "us" or "we" refers to the owner of the website, Mur Ann, Belmont Avenue, Eaglesfield, Lockerbie, Dumfries and Galloway, DG11 3PN (UK). The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The information contained in this website is for general information purposes only. The information is provided by Angie’s Pamper Lounge and whilst we endeavour to keep the information up-to-date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.
Booking An Appointment
Appointments for all treatments at Angie’s Pamper Lounge must be booked through the Treatment Page of this website. Treatments will be carried out at Angie’s Pamper Lounge premises only, unless a Wellness Event has been booked, in which case, location must be arranged with Angie prior to the event.
You will be notified of the details of your appointment via email. If you need to cancel there will be a button on your confirmation email to allow you to do so. You will receive a SMS text message reminder of the date and time of your appointment 24 hours prior.
You will need to pay a 25% deposit when booking your appointment. This amount will then be taken off the total you owe, at the end of your appointment.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be non-refundable. If you cancel more than 24 hours of your appointment, you will have the option to change the date or the cancel the appointment. If you have any problems changing your appointment, please contact Angie by the Contact Page on this website or by phone (details on the Contact Page).
Angie’s Pamper Lounge retains the right to cancel, change the date and time of or amend your Appointment at any time. You will have the option to either change or cancel at the time of notification.
Angie’s Pamper Lounge reserves the right to refuse treatment at the time of the appointment, should Angie feel it appropriate to do so. For example, refusing treatment on the health grounds of the client, if performing the treatment may adversely affect the client. We will do our best to either modify the treatment you have requested or offer another, more appropriate treatment.
Payment
We will notify you via email once your order has been placed. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
Payment can be made by most major payment methods in accordance with Shopify Payments UK (For more information, please see here: www.shopify.com/uk/payment-gateways). Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is acknowledged. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to Angie’s Pamper Lounge, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. Please note that we retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been received.
Accounts
In order to purchase goods on this website and to use certain other parts of the system, you are required to create an account which will contain certain personal details and payment Information which may vary based upon your use of the website as we may not require payment Information until you wish to make a purchase. By continuing to use this website you represent and warrant that:
• all information you submit is accurate and truthful;
• you have permission to submit payment information where permission may be required; and
• you will keep this information accurate and up-to-date.
It is recommended that you do not share your account details, particularly your username and password. We accept no liability for any losses or damages incurred as a result of your account details being shared by you. If you use a shared computer, it is recommended that you do not save your account details in your internet browser.
If you have reason to believe that your account details have been obtained by another person without consent, you should contact us immediately to suspend your account and cancel any unauthorised purchases that may be pending.
Please be aware that purchases can only be cancelled until they are dispatched. In the event that an unauthorised purchase is dispatched prior to your notifying us of the unauthorised nature of the purchase, please contact Angie’s Pamper Lounge directly using the contact information on Contact Page on this website.
Delivery Times And The Distance Selling Regulations
Under the distance selling regulations, goods must be delivered within a specific time frame:
Orders will be processed for delivery on working days only (Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm, excluding UK Bank Holidays). Orders placed on Friday after 5pm, Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on Monday or as soon as possible. Delivery times may vary, but we aim to get your orders shipped within 3-5 working days. Orders will normally be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Whilst Royal Mail operate a 48-hour service, they are not guaranteed services, and as such, we cannot guarantee delivery within a set time frame.
All UK Orders over £65 or over will be FREE SHIPPING.
Order under £65 will be charged £4.50
We currently do not ship outside of the UK.
We will not be responsible for any orders which cannot be delivered. Couriers may attempt a second delivery, but if this has been unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us. There may be another fee to resend the parcel back to you.

FAQS
I have not received my parcel?
Royal Mail will not acknowledge your parcel is lost until AFTER 14 working days. We cannot process any lost claims before this time. If after this time you have still not received your parcel please get in touch with us at angiespamperlounge@gmail.com
My Shipping address is wrong
If you have made a mistake with your shipping address, please get in touch with us at angiespamperlounge@gmail.com We will do our best to update your shipping details before it is too late. Angie’s Pamper Lounge will not be responsible for any lost or undelivered parcels if the wrong address was provided.
Cancellation Rights
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. For further details of how to return merchandise please see our Delivery and Returns Policy. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may exercise your right to cancel if you are able to return the merchandise to us. You can submit your cancellation notice by email to us at angiespamperlounge@gmail.com. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Faulty Goods
Upon receipt of your order please inspect the products to ensure everything specified on the delivery note is included. If there is a problem with the order you must make contact with us within 48 hours of receipt.
We accept no liability whatsoever for the purchase and use of products which are not suited for your skin type – this includes, but is not limited to, skin reactions. If you are unsure if an item is suitable for you, please contact us using the Contact Page on this website and we will be able to advise you.
We strongly advise that you patch test any items before first use to ensure skin compatibility.
Advertised results are based on clinical and subjective test results and we in no way guarantee you will achieve these results. As such, we will accept no liability for the non-achievement of any results and do not class non-achievement of results as a faulty product.
We do not recommend the use of any of the Katherine Daniels or any other brand’s homecare products without a current and up to date skin consultation and prescription. Please use the Contact Page on our Website to contact us for advice, or book a Skin Consultation and Analysis appointment, on our Treatments Page.
If your item is found to be faulty, you must notify us in writing detailing the fault and providing photographic evidence where possible within 48 hours from the date of receipt of order. Please do not return goods until we have issued you with a returns number, doing so will slow down the process of returning.
Returns and Refunds
If you receive Goods which do not match those that you ordered, you should contact us within 14 calendar days to arrange your return You will be given the option to have the Goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods. Replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned Goods. We are fully responsible for paying shipment costs. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. The packaging does not need to be unopened. Refunds will be issued within 14 calendar days and in any event no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the returned Goods and will include standard delivery charges.
If Goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign any applicable delivery note to the effect that the Goods have been damaged. To return the damaged Goods, please contact Us within 14 calendar days to arrange return We are fully responsible for paying shipment costs. You will be given the option to have the Goods replaced or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods. Replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned Goods. Refunds will be issued no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the returned Goods and will include standard delivery charges.

Gift Card Terms And Conditions
• E-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• E-Gift Cards can be redeemed against all products on angiespamperlounge.co.uk
• E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, are non-transferable and can only be redeemed on angiespamperlounge.co.uk
• If your order total is less than the value of the E-Gift Card, the remaining balance will be kept on your E-Gift Card ready for future purchases. To check the balance on your card, please email us on angiespamperlounge@gmail.com
• If your order exceeds the value of the E-Gift Card, the remaining balance must be paid by credit or debit card.
• All purchases made using a E-Gift Card will be subject to Angie’s Pamper Lounge Terms & Conditions.
Discount Codes
Discount and voucher codes must be entered in to the “Gift card or discount code” field on the checkout page and applied for the discount to be deducted from the order.
Unless stated otherwise, items already reduced in price, including bundles, sale items, and already discounted items are excluded from voucher offers. Discounts cannot be combined and only one offer can be applied to any order. Offers may be withdrawn, extended or amended by Angie’s Pamper Lounge at any time. The cost of shipping is not included in the total cost of purchase and discount codes do not apply to shipping costs, unless specifically stated. Valid for purchases made through angiespamperlounge.co.uk only.
Availability Of Goods
Every reasonable effort has been made to ensure that all graphical representations and descriptions of goods available from Us correspond to the actual goods, We are not responsible for variations from such descriptions. This does not exclude our liability for mistakes due to negligence on our part and refers only to minor variations of the correct Goods, not different goods altogether.
We neither represent nor warrant that goods will be available. Stock indications are provided on the website however such indications may not take into account sales that have taken place during your visit to the website.
All pricing information on the website is correct at the time of going online. We reserve the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary.

We may, if you opt to receive it, from time to time send you information about our products and/or services. If you do not wish to receive such information, please click on the 'Unsubscribe' link in any email which you receive from us.
