Cancellation Policy

We all can appreciate that life has its ups and downs.

However, if for any reason you can not attend your booked appointment, please let me know at the earliest opportunity. This allows me to open the appointment up to others who may be on the waiting list.

If you cancel your appointment within 24 of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your treatment cost.

If you wish to rebook, you can either contact myself or use the link provided in your booking confirmation email.
