Booking An Appointment

Appointments for all treatments at Angie’s Pamper Lounge must be booked through the Treatment Page of this website. Treatments will be carried out at Angie’s Pamper Lounge premises only, unless a Wellness Event has been booked, in which case, location must be arranged with Angie prior to the event.

You will be notified of the details of your appointment via email. If you need to cancel there will be a button on your confirmation email to allow you to do so. You will receive a SMS text message reminder of the date and time of your appointment 24 hours prior.
You will need to pay a 25% deposit when booking your appointment. This amount will then be taken off the total you owe, at the end of your appointment.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be non-refundable. If you cancel more than 24 hours of your appointment, you will have the option to change the date or the cancel the appointment. Angie’s Pamper Lounge retains the right to cancel, change the date and time of or amend your Appointment at any time. You will have the option to either change or cancel at the time of notification.

Angie’s Pamper Lounge reserves the right to refuse treatment at the time of the appointment, should Angie feel it appropriate to do so. For example, refusing treatment on the health grounds of the client, if performing the treatment may adversely affect the client. We will do our best to either modify the treatment you have requested or offer another, more appropriate treatment. 

Cancelling An Appointment

We all can appreciate that life has its ups and downs.

However, if for any reason you can not attend your booked appointment, please let me know at the earliest opportunity. This allows me to open the appointment up to others who may be on the waiting list.

If you cancel your appointment within 24 of your appointment, you will be charged 25% of your treatment cost.

If you need to cancel with 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will become non-fundable and be used to cover the cancellation fee.
