So I designed this diary to help myself - with little bits motivation, encouragement and reminders to do something positive for myself, whether it be to reminder to put skincare on before bed, a chart to track how much water i drink more, or an encouragement to focus on positive thoughts and remind myself of little tasks I can be proud of each week. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAs many of you know, I suffer from poor health and long-term ill-health can greatly affect your mental and emotional health.
